This year the School Council planned out some activities that aimed to help us raise money for Comic Relief. We began the day by watching the story of Hassan, a boy from Sierra Leone. We listened as he talked about the struggles he faced as an orphan of the Ebola virus. However, even in this terribly tragic situation, we were inspired by Hassan's optimism and hopes for the future. This showed us the significance of the work that Comic Relief charities do.
As part of our fundraising, the School Council set a theme for non-uniform day and decided on a different activities, which included Red Nose Design, joke telling and the Quest for the Golden Nose.
We are thankful for all donations!
