Our voyagers have returned! This week, children from KS2 set off for their residential visit to Blencathra, Keswick. Taking part in a variety of team activities, the children learnt to cooperate, communicate and worked towards a shared understanding of what made a great team member.
Braving the elements, we completed woodland trails, orienteering and a huge hike to the top of Latrigg. The views were spectacular and were a great reward for the making our way up through the challenging terrain.
The children (and staff) had a fantastic time and look forward to sharing our experiences with you all on Tuesday 6th February in our celebration assembly.
