Today the children in Adventurers held a property auction to bring their Mini Adventure to a close. Parents were invited into school to purchase the properties that the children researched and constructed. To help with sales, the children have been developing their persuasive writing skills and put these to good use when creating exciting property listings to read aloud.
Having viewed and heard about the interior and exteriors of homes throughout history, it was soon time for the auction begin. You could feel the tension in the room as bidding opened and, after some fiercely competitive bidding, the gavel soon dropped on all of our properties.
We would like to thank all of those who were able to attend the auction and for participating with great enthusiasm.
